Spring is in the air, spring lamb, hares and Valentine’s

Even with the heavy snow lately I feel spring is in the air, the nights are getting lighter and the snowdrops are blooming. This is my busiest time of year and with gallery exhibitions and a new shop opening as well as art fairs so I haven’t had much time to blog.

Want to see some spring lambs? Woolly is back in my shop and he now has some ‘flock friends’.

Here’s Scotty the Scottish Black Face sheep, and Jacob, you’ve guessed it, he’s a spotty Jacob sheep. Click on the images for more information.

At the moment I’m busy working on some mad March hares and other wildlife pieces, here they are just out of the kiln, they should be finished after another fire. I really enjoy painting wildlife.……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
